"5 years here and the newest management ignores maintenance and cleaning issues. Carpet in the halls haven't been vacuumed in over a year. Filth in stairwells. Several outside parking lot security lights been out for 4 months. All the do is say, We're working on it. Homeless wandering the halls at night. I love my apt but management don't do their jobs...."
"There is a new manager here at Philips Point. She is showing bias to certain residents. She claims no smoking in front of building yet I see people smoking all the time while she is on duty. I was told no smoking in front of building. I had another resident that tried to damage my property and it was on camera. Everytime I asked her about the camera that proved the attempted damage to my property she says she does'nt have it. It's been about 2 wks. now and still no video. She has told me I need an appointment to see her while others don't. Her name is Santana. So beware fella residents of this person she is not fair and just at all. If you have a problem try to contact main office to let them know of the problem you are having. She is bias and only helps does she likes and shows favoritism."
"Fairly decent fairly clean has changed management several times but seem to have everything under control this is basically a retirement and section 8 did you have quite a few activities they do have quite a few resources for those who need it"
"There are pitbulls on the premises and staff will not remove them. These dogs are known for their viciousness and attacking small children."
