Broxton Bay Apartments

"I was looking for an apartment and set an appointment with the Manager -Kevin and I have to say I was pleasantly greeted and given superior customer service that I have not experienced or received in my search thus far. Even though my lease at my current place does not expire until July, Kevin invited me to join the wait list. Once my tour of the community was done I was utterly impressed with all the staff and their professionalism, the available apartment was shown to me instead of the model that is usually shown to everyone at every other community I have visited, and I will definitely be submitting an application for my new future home at Braxton Bay."

"My daughter recently moved to Broxton Bay and has been very happy with her experience. For myself, it's good to know my daughter and grandchildren are in a clean, comfortable environment. The staff have been very helpful also, especially Cheyenne, who is a delight to speak with and ready to answer any question."

"I’ve been here about a week now and all I can say is my move in experience was great Cheyenne is the best ! every apartment needs a Cheyenne she was so informative and polite very professional and paid attention to all my wants/needs in the apartment . She communicates/responds fast to email . Overall she is amazing if your thinking about moving here SHE IS WHO YOU WANT TO SEE :) Broxton bay you have a great person working in your office and she deserves all the recognition for her hard works. The complex is beautiful but the walls are paper thin !! Unfortunately I constantly hear my side neighbors ARGUE as if they were in my apartment ! Think TWICE before moving on a first Floor !!! My neighbors above me have ZERO consideration constantly making loud noise super late /midnight ! Listening to music ! Just ridiculous unfortunately I Will not be renewing my lease next year and I haven’t even been here a full month . The office has great staff however the neighborhood clearly has unconsiderate young people . Definitely will be moving by the end of my lease :("

Special thanks to Hanna and Cheyenne for helping me with documents and Charles (maintenence) for having my apartment ready."

"The apartment manager Kevin and the leasing agent Kaitlyn were so awesome in conversation. Kevin stayed on the phone with me over an hour to make sure I was taken care of. Kaitlyn was so nice and helpful sending my photos of the unit. They are honest and straightforward. So far I had a good experience with them. We are in the process of getting me moved in. I had a concern about the unit being clean. They insured me that it is. They even sent me photos and videos. Kevin is sounds like a great property manager. I notice that he will take the time to be thorough with his information. Super nice and transparent. Great great customer service!!"
