"This is my first apartment and everything went amazingly well. The apartment manager, Ms.Lizzie does a amazing job to get to everyone in this complex! I would recommend this place to anyone who is just starting off finding theirs!!!! The studios here are really cozy and it’s quiet as well if I could give 6 stars I would."
"I have lived at River ends apartments for 4 years.I love the location because it's very easy to get to many different shopping centers, eating establishments, major highways and sightseeing attractions. My neighbors are friendly and helpful. The fact that we have many different ethnic groups here fosters diversity! The complex manager is Ms. Lizzie. She makes herself available and is able to listen and understand our concerns and points of view. She handles challenges and concerns quickly and effectively. My apartment is well kept and the grounds upkeep is handled by the company. I am happy here."
"Riversend Apartments is great place to stay if you are looking for privacy and a peace of mind. I have been living here for over 5 years now, at one point I had left and live elsewhere in Jacksonville but was not happy and had to return. The property manager Ms. Lizzy is flat out amazing. She takes the time out to talk and listen to all of the concerns you might have and find a way to get them taken care of in a timely manner. She make sure the property stays clean and well kept. There is no trash nor rodents / pest running around. I love it here and won't change it for anything, it's not perfect but having a great property manager like Ms. Lizzy make a world of difference. I highly suggest that if you are thinking of living here, make an appointment and come see Ms. Lizzy. I guarantee that you won't regret it. She is very friendly, warm, caring and easy to get along with. Just my 2 sense, I hope this help. ‼️"
