"Very unprofessional. Maintenance comes without letting you know in advance, and walks in on you while in the shower. That is not right and unsafe for women. Maintenance will knock and come in without you letting them in. This is unsafe and they could steal if you're not home. Maintenance needs to rethink how they conduct themselves. What they are doing is against the law."

"The whole team at Eden's Edge leasing office is outstanding! They made my application process from Georgia to Florida feel like a breeze. They make you feel welcomed and they make sure all questions are answered. It just makes the whole process feel better/easier for us new residents. Not only is the process easy thanks to the leasing office team, the scenery and vibe the apartment complex gives out is out of this world when compared to other apartment complex's nearby. "Shelly & Mike are SO professional, I definitely feel like they care for our well being and want us to have a nice home. The few maintenance issues we've had were addressed professionally by the maintenance team. The team really made moving in as comfortable as possible, especially by leaving a welcome basket with some essentials and a cute little drinking glass. They also had a doormat, a welcome home Keychain, and a cute magnet on our fridge. I felt very welcomed by the team here! Outside is very well kept, it looks so nice. I even saw a security guard patrolling the gate. It's a very quiet, beautiful community. Our apartment itself is also lovely, I love the high ceilings and the Floorplan itself. Thank you guys! I highly recommend moving here."
