"I’m writing this review to detail my experience at the Resia Old Cutler. My leasing agent was Olga, I have to say that she was not the nicest leasing agent. Mid-conversation she answered a personal phone call and proceeded to offer help to the next couple that came after me as I was standing in front of her. Yes, this is a new property but based on the service quality I received from Olga I did not rent and would not recommend anyone to rent at Resia Old Cutler. Zero starts from me."

"I really don't feel very satisfied with the service I've had. The association has many current problems, malfunction of the tickets and some recreational flights. When we decided to try to complain to the Resia office, the people who are found are not allowed to solve the real problems. The only person responsible for providing solutions and authorization goes on vacation when this condominium is barely being opened. I feel that it is disrespectful that if solutions are asked for, the only person in charge is enjoying when he should really assume his responsibility."
