"My experience with PEARL at Dadeland has been extremely disappointing, particularly from a professional standpoint. Despite adhering to all their documentation requirements necessary for commission collection, my efforts were met with silence. Phone messages went unanswered, and emails remained unopened, forcing me to personally print and drop off the documents in hopes of making any progress. Yet, even after taking such steps, I am left uncertain about the processing of my commission. In the real estate industry, where professionalism and adherence to a code of ethics are paramount, the management office at PEARL at Dadeland has shown a concerning disregard for these principles. This lack of responsiveness and professionalism significantly undermines the trust and efficiency that should characterize our interactions."

"So hard dealing with the rude unprofessional leasing agents here. The only helpful one you able to communicate with is Garcia(left desk). The rest esp (lady sitting right desk older blonde) is always nasty attitude, rush you out the door, does not like to help, and unprofessional. So, good luck trying to communicate with them abt any questions or concerns. The gym is tiny n garage needs serious washing. Overall experience, For the price you paying it is a three stars from me."

"I’ve been a resident of Pearl Dadeland since March and even though I’m satisfied with the location and some of its amenities, I unfortunately have more complaints that I’d like to: The main elevator from the most crowded tower in the community has issues or is out of service week in and week out. It’d get “fixed” for a couple days and go back out of service for several more. It’s almost part of the community’s daily routine at this point… Some gym and grill equipment has been broken since the day I moved in and nothing has been done about it. The left side of the Hercules machine inside the gym, for example, is totally broken and at least 2 out of 5 grills are indefinitely out of service. Lastly but more importantly, I was told someone drove into the parking lot gate and “tore it down”. It’s been over 2 weeks of absolutely no control of who drives into the community or leaves their vehicles overnight. Moreover, the gates connecting the apartments with the parking area are never locked. Meaning anyone can drive up to any floor and freely walk into the residency area. All these issues have been PERSONALLY notified to the management team whose response has always been inconsiderate and unprofessional. Last time I spoke to them I was referred to a manager that wasn’t present. Since then, I’ve been trying to call in order to set up an appointment with him/her and haven’t been able to even reach the office. Really eager to discuss how is this possible in a “luxury building”…"
