"Princeton Park has been one of the best Properties I have come across in my search for a new place to live. The staff in the office was accommodating and professional. The property is well-kept and has a lovely dog park at the end of the property. I had many questions, and they sat with me and answered them all. "Update: their response saying they don't provide these services is laughable, add: liars to the list Jesus... Let me give you the breakdown of this apartment complex. 1. Every single employee that works here, Manager, Assistant Manager, Maintenance etc LIVE HERE With that being said, you are being watched always , they think they are the owners of this building, literally. Like HOA, annoying 2. You pay your rent, but you gotta pay $60 washer and dryer monthly. (they don't even do maintenance on it), nor do they allow you to purchase your own washer dryer even though you have the hook ups in your apartment so you are forced to pay them $60 or go to the laundromat... 3. In your rent monthly comes a water charge (you pay for water) but it includes a bunch of service fees not to mention that consumption and what you owe doesn't add up 4. They demand you pay rent online and charge you a fee for it 5. They never retouch paint in your apartments 6. Bathroom lights, you gotta change them yourself ($40-$50 each) 7. Any other lighting in the apartment you must change at your expense 8. Hallways are always filthy 9. The pool is disgusting, dirty with algea and foggy 10. Maintenance is to not be trusted (if you know you know) 11. Alot of Ghetto ppl here, lots of weed smell 12. You sign a lease but they include an addendum where they raise your rent in the middle of the lease if they wish to do so 13. Find parking if you're lucky, there is no assigned parking 14. Fire alarm batteries... you guessed it (at your expense) 15. They always be doing inspections (if u refuse, they threat u with a 7 day notice) and all they do is make sure everything works lol like lights and appliances (you would think if something isn't working, tenants will be the 1st ones to call them) is annoying and inconvenient 16. Maintenance would rather blame the tenant of things, instead of fixing them (I swear, I often wonder if they get a lower rent or a credit of some sort to be the way they are) With all of this being said. It is relatively "affordable" In comparison to other apartments. however, fees, water, washer dryer etc All adds up. If you can find something else do so Otherwise if you are ok with everything I just said Is not a bad place to live in general but is definitely not the greatest Management is very unprofessional, fake and rude Don't trust them They act like they care but they really don't"
"Terrible experience. Maintenance walks into your place when ever they feel like it. Then posts flyers on your door about coming in when they've already came in. Multiple homeless people walking around. I had to call 911 because homeless people were doing heroine next to my car. Neighbors are loud and extremely rude. No type of security. Pool, gym and play ground are open when ever they feel like opening it. Literally the worst renting experience I've ever had."
"This is a beautiful community and a great place to live, specially if you have a family ,very comfortable , convenient and very clean complex. I feel great with the management team and also with the ladies in the office, they always doing a great job to support or help us in any matter. The amenities are fantastic ,i love working out in the gym, has a lot free weight. The pool also is very nice and cool specially here in south Florida were we have most of the time Sun and Hot weather, very modern style. the apartments are in a neat condition, luxury and well conditioned. Im in love with this community. Thankful of been here"
