"Honestly wish I could give this place a ZERO star. Definitely moving out when my lease ends!! There are so many things I can mention as to why this is the worst apartment complex to live in. There is little to almost no guest parking when I have someone visit not to mention it is very far walk for my visitor. Rent here is expensive and there was a recent raise for no reason. Also you get charged a fee to pay online which makes no sense. The older gentleman named Michael or Marvin in the office is rude and I rarely want to go visit in person for any issues I have. They do nothing about people not picking up after their dogs. The kids often disturb peace, and it is loud. They do not clean the common area. Would not recommend this place to anyone."

"Google review Princeton grove If I could give zero stars I would. Worst apartment complex to ever live at. Leasing office is the most unprofessional ever. The parking is terrible. Turned guest parking to parking for the office manager and the other spot was turned to a parking spot for the property manager to park who he resides in a unit in the complex. Residents vehicles were broken into and the security cameras conveniently weren’t working. Online it says they have security that patrols the complex but there hasn’t been a security guard on site in months but you as a tenant pay extra and aren’t receiving that. They say they offer garbage pick up from your door but if you leave the garbage for them to do said service they leave a note from the office giving you a “warning” for it. Mind you that’s a service they charge for in your rent. Rent price changes based on your actual income and not everyone pays the same rent for the same apartments (example 2/2 one is $1472 while another the exact same layout is $1678) Terrible place to move even if your going through a bad situation. High unrecommended."
