"My only 2 issues are safety and parking. I agree with the others about parking. 2 ASSIGNED spots per unit & any additional cars need a designated area. This would make a better living area. Cameras throughout complex could give them a better insight of what goes on especially on the weekends when they're not in the office and it's safer. And maybe even consider a latch to let residents/guests in and out of the front entrance, this will help cars to not speed in especially in the mornings when I'm waiting with my son at the bus stop. So many kids have almost gotten hit. It's not safe."
"Office staff very rude. Maintenance is nicer than the office staff. Horrible plumbing, bath water, every sink except the kitchen sink has issues with water going down. Say bye to your brakes when it rains because it floods over there. Just buy a boat. Parking is terrible, some apartments have 3, 4, and 5 cars that stay in one unit & not respectful to us 1 car folks. I have to register each woman’s car I invite over. Walk outside and you will catch a high. Dogs poop everywhere. The owner should make dog owners responsible for picking up their dogs poop or fine them. I hated it over there.."
"Good luck with parking. There should be 2 assigned parking spots per unit. And a designated area near the rent office for any unit that has more than 2 vehicles. Having 3 and 4 vehicles for 1 unit is ridiculous and to register a vehicle for every guest even if it's for only 5 minutes is even more ridiculous but chances are the tow could be riding around. Very embarrassing to invite my coworker over and have to ask her for her license plate number, year, make and model. A bit too much. I see why cars park outside on the side of the road. It's like a prison without the gate. The front office staff are lost, maintenance is good. Hopefully you have good neighbors and thorough background checks need to be done to see who was evicted or why a person no longer resides because likely it was because of their bad kids getting into trouble. If you have a chance to go somewhere else go. Save yourself. Trust me not worth it, you'll see."
"Reading the reviews with 5 stars makes me literally laugh. The newest one mentions they have lived there for 8 years when these townhouses haven’t even been around barely 5 years.The lady that works in the office is the rudest human being I’ve ever had the displeasure speaking to. The fact that she still has employment here clearly shows there’s no structure or care in management. She has literally spoken to us like literal garbage. If you’re okay with being treated disgustedly this is the perfect place for you, my personal welcome. Just know all these 5 stars reviews are paid random people or friends of the disgraceful human being working in the leasing office."
"Ellie and Natasha made the process so easy and we’re so professional and effective efficient employees! They made it seem so simple and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I spoke to Ellie on the phone. I honestly have to say they have been the best leasing office employees I have dealt with I have not one negative comment to make about neither of them. I was greeted professionally my documents handled carefully and they moved fast I didn’t feel Like a number or like my paper work would just collect dust. Thank you Natasha and Ellie you ladies are rock stars! May I add the maintenance men were respectful and greeted me professionally as well they were hard at work and still took a second to acknowledge and say hello."
