"Unexpected and Unjustified Eviction Notice Despite Perfect Payment Record and Safety Concerns I am writing this review to express my deep concern and disappointment with The Landings At Coral Town Park. On 1/8/2024, I received a three-day eviction notice for allegedly unpaid rent, despite never having missed or been late on a payment throughout my tenancy of over 4 years. This notice not only disregards my consistent payment record but also overlooks the serious safety concerns I have repeatedly reported, which have yet to be adequately addressed. The lack of attention to tenant safety and the erroneous issuance of an eviction notice is not only distressing but also diminishes the trust and security one expects in a landlord-tenant relationship. I have always been a responsible and prompt tenant, and I expect the same level of responsibility and professionalism from my property management. I hope that this matter is a simple oversight that will be corrected immediately, but it is nonetheless unsettling and has caused unnecessary stress for me and my family. I urge The Landings At Coral Town Park to rectify this situation promptly and to take tenant concerns, especially those regarding safety, more seriously. Prospective tenants deserve transparency and should be aware of these issues before deciding to rent at 14361 Sw 268th St Homestead, Fl 33032."

"I lived here when I was a kid and I have nothing but bad things to say about this place. I’ve seen a person get gunned down outside the apartment my family stayed in. Which was the main reason we left."

"Please be aware of these place. Do not move here, this is the most ghetto place around Homestead. You hear shootings every weekend, the place doesn’t have lights in the parking, my car has been looted twice already and management wash their hands with your complaints, of course no camera working in the building. The community is nasty, the garbage all around the place. Also, you don’t get visitors parking, if you have someone over, you better move your car before nine o’clock because Prestige Towing is waiting outside to town your car. So yeah, be aware of this place before you move in."
