Sure it is’ more like unique these days when “doing it for the review” is what matters. The Grand Riviera Team truly works hard to go above and beyond! I am a very demanding individual and they sure delivered. The whole team earned my respect, yet Bria truly went above and beyond for us. "My wife and I have only good things to say about the Grand Riviera Apartments. The location is great, the community is safe and clean, and it is a a great place to call home. Everyone in the leasing office is exceptional. They always answer the calls, are professional and courteous, and have excellent customer service skills. A special kudos to Amber for always going above and beyond and providing prompt assistance and support. The communication with Amber and the rest of the Grand Riviera staff is to tier. The gentlemen that do the maintenance and service requests are also great. They have been friendly and quick in their responses to our requests. Every residential neighborhood and/or apartment complex has their share of issues or things that happen; however, what sets Grand Riviera apart from the rest is their staff. I would happily recommend the Grand Riviera Miramar Apartments to anyone interested in looking for future residence."

"This place is a mess! Management is horrible and the gym does not have good equipment. Broken hot tub... This is a 'gated' community, yet the townhomes gates are always open. Seeing the gates closed at the townhomes is very RARE. Had someone who use to live here tell me there was always cars getting broken into. Also, I asked management if they can add speed bumps inside the townhomes because there are people speeding inside the townhome community. I've had people tell me that the hot tub has been broken for MONTHS. There's a button for you to turn on the jets and I'm guessing to make the hot tub warm as well, that is BROKEN. I had a friend ask the front office if they will add new equipment inside the gym. They said they will NEVER did. He also told me a chest machine is broken. He asked them if they can fix it, front office said they did, they NEVER did. I had a neighbor whose neighbor got his vehicle stolen and I don't think they did anything about it because the gates were still open even when they've found out the neighbor's vehicle was stolen. Nothing about it... Trash everywhere. It's crazy how this place is close to a fire department where there is police and this place still isn't safe. I've read some reviews about this place, I'm telling you, they're not lying. All of these 5-star reviews are fake. Do not fall for it."
