"I think the most disappointing thing is that I’m not asking for something that management shouldn’t already want to do to maintain the property. I’ve complained about the trash and raccoons for weeks and NOTHING has been done. While management can’t control the people who choose to live in filth, they can enforce the rules to deter poor behavior. Every single weekend trash is out on Friday and Saturday. It goes against THEIR policy and still NOTHING is being done . Now the community has raccoons everywhere and while that may be “nature” not providing them a feast of hot summer trash might minimize the situation. I can look past the poor parking, dog feces, and the gate being broken more frequently now but nobody wants to be welcomed to their home by the scent or visual of trash daily. I’m so disappointed. Update: On a positive note, I can say I survived living in a landfill at this community but chose not to renew due to the trash . The trash and raccoon combination NEVER got better. When valet trash fails to pick up, you’re forced to take your trash out. That won’t be an issue if you own a Hazmat suit. Good luck."
