Reviews
"My experience as a resident at Eurus was great, thanks to Silvia and her attentive staff. Silvia's dedication to meeting residents' needs and maintaining the property speaks volumes about her commitment to providing an excellent living environment. It's clear that the efforts of the office staff contribute to making Eurus a great place to call home."
"All of the 5 star reviews are either fake or belong to staff members or people who have gone on a tour but have yet to become residents. I moved in when I was 4 months pregnant. I liked that the property was fairly new and seemed to be kept up well. This was one of the most expensive complexes in the area but I wanted a safe, clean place to raise my baby so I didn’t mind paying slightly above market rate for a good place to live. Boy, was I in for a rude awakening. This complex has the potential to be really great. The best thing about it is the landscaping. Due to poor management and individual maintenance of the units, you will have many problems after moving in. Like others have said, maintenance does patchwork jobs. I would have to put in a service ticket monthly for the same thing—the toe kick falling down in the kitchen, plumbing issues, etc. Sometimes, you’ll even put in a request and no one will show up. I was in a 1/1 and my toilet became stopped up. No one responded to my request placed at 7 pm until 11 am the following day. The property manager, Silvia, is a downright liar. I had complained for weeks that my plumbing was obstructed. I wasn’t able to use my kitchen for 3 days. The picture was the day before the external company came to fix it, I had to remove all of the items from under my sink so they could work. Do you think Silvia offered to grant me access to another property with a kitchen so I could wash my baby’s bottles even after I requested it? Nope, she just ignored that request and I had to wash them in the bathroom. Finally, they had to call in an external company to fix it. There were men in work boots and sewage all over my kitchen. Silvia offered to have someone clean and sanitize afterwards since I have a crawling baby. A kind gesture right? Wrong, because no one showed up. Did she offer to reduce my rent? Nope, she actually deducted $300 from my security deposit even though I left the unit spotless. My washer was covered with mold internally. My dryer was backed up. Finally after months of complaining, they switched out my washer with a less moldy washer and finally cleaned the air vents from the outside. I had rashes all over my body during my pregnancy. I never used the amenities because if this is the state of my apartment, imagine how well they keep up and sanitize the communal spaces (picture of the grill shown, yuck). If you do choose to live here, you’ve been warned. You will overpay for a dog poop infested apartment complex with poor management and shoddy maintenance. You will have to do so much extra work just to live here and not get sick (look at the faucet when I moved in!) that it’s just not worth it."
"The community manager Silvia is racist. I’m a young black girl making a good decent amount and because of that she was giving me a hard time with my application. I showed her multiple proof of my income and bank statements and she was still finding something else to have an issue with. She just didn’t want to approve me and continuously gave me the run around. I was move in ready, had my deposits ready and my first months money order ready, there is absolutely no reason for her to deny me besides just being racist. I ended up just canceling my application and asking for my refund on all fees. Other places approved me with no issues!"
"They will reply to this review to seem like they care, but they don't. The management will put on a show to make everything seem great.. but be careful because once they lock you in a lease they could care less about you. The apartment complex is poorly maintained and dirty. The management has horrible communication skills. The gate never works and non-residents are loitering around the parking lot. The pool is ALWAYS full of people who don't live there. I would think twice about living here!"
"Thank you so much Sylvia for helping us with the whole moving in process, you’ve been nothing but helpful and professional throughout the whole thing. Coming from Maryland to Florida was hectic but with your help we were able to move into Eurus very quickly without disappointment and for that I can’t thank you enough."
