"Been living there for 4 and a half years. 1. Definitely not a safe place to live, there is a history of people stealing things from inside the vehicles and cars drive super fast in the parking lot, in several occasions vehicles almost hit me because of the speed they were going. 2. It’s very common that people steal your packages. 3. This is the second time my vehicle gets towed, for no reason at all, both times they say it’s because my car doesn’t have a parking sticker permit when it clearly has it, since the very first day I moved. I have disputed that with the condominium and they don’t want to accept it’s their fault, they even show me the images the security guard took of the vehicle right before it gets towed and in both pictures the parking sticker is clearly visible. 4. There is a new rule where the condominium is not giving parking passes for guest. I had a guest last week and they parked in the visitor spot and it got towed also. Went to the condominium and they treated me horrible and said that there are no new parking passes. So where can the guest park? I don’t know what to do anymore, feeling very dissatisfied with the service of the apartments."

"If you move here expecting to use the amenities they offer you, you better look somewhere else, this is not the right place for you. Gym is in very poor conditions and AC works 2 weeks a month (right now is not working). Forget about the swimming pool, it has been broken for over a month now with no date of having it ready anytime soon. As for the rest, is average, nothing luxurious about this place for the price we pay. I guess you will move here because is necessary, not because is the right place to live where you can enjoy your free time with your family. Good luck!!"

"Buyers Remorse. Was excited about this place and now super disappointed. Never thought I’d be writing this review :/ I’ve lived in low income housing and this is borderline worse. Once you sign you’ll never be able to contact the office again. They add random fees to your automatic rent payment. You won’t be able to contact them about it. They recently increased rent $ in the middle of the lease with new water meters (3rd party company). Went MONTHS without laundry. They ignored us for months. Don’t expect a single amenity. There’s never been a working jacuzzi/cinema ever. They tend to close the pool and gym. The gym is full of minors. We’ve had roaches and bugs in the apt that they won’t take care of even though you pay monthly for pest control. Guests cars are prohibited and they won’t hesitate to tow even without their months-long “concrete renovation”. “Gated community” is a stretch. The Gates open to anyone and everyone. Any person on the street can come onto the property. I tried to love this place and if you want to try then GET A LAWYER. Any positive review is probably paid for. Also their responses to negative reviews are funny but go to show you how they deny everything."

"If you read all the other comments below mine, they’re all bad and that speaks volumes of one thing: The management. There’s a said new manager that keeps promising that she’s going to “fix” all the problems in the complex, yet since she started I feel like everything has declined and the customer service is one of those things. Do better at responding for the tenants that they say to “care” so much about because reading all these comments it’s clear that they care mostly about clearing their image, which they’re not truly doing a very good job at. If you can avoid this place, do so. Too high of a rent for all the trouble they’ll put you through."

"Not bad if Doral is where you want to be... the apartments themselves are OK, nicely appointed, very modern and spacious, but the area itself is very busy/crowded. But that sums up pretty much all of Doral!"
