Reserve at Coral Springs

"Worst place to live. We lived there for almost 3 years, and the gate always broke.... ALWAYS...never had any complaints. Until one young lady moved under us, and i have 2 little girls that she claimed was making too much noise. REMIND you the apartments are NOT sound proof. Which management never investigated or heard for themselves. But weed was being smoked, and they couldn't address that issue unless they physically smelled it. Smh. Crazy. But we were constantly being threatened by not renewing our lease. The manager was so rude. Stressed me so until i almost went into labor early because of the nasty manager. Then, when we moved out, they tried to say there was so much damage. Oil stains on the walls. Which we had someone come in and paint, and evidently, when they went inside, the walls were still damp, and they called that oil stains. And then proceeded to say we owe this ridiculous amount of money. The only thing that we could not fix was the cracked stove. Which we told them to keep the deposit for. But we have video footage to show to prove they are liars. Management is horrible. There is only one person who works in the office that's nice her name is Shauna. Other than that, RUNNNNNNNN"

"•A family community, with modern townhouses, a nice pool, looks pretty expensive but inoperable entrance gates.. for about several months now to protect all those nice things. Crazy… •After Multiple burglaries the gates still haven’t been fixed. And a solution seems impossible. That’s insane to me. •My rent was increased 15% and given 10 days notice to decide to stay or go is Crazy… •But yet I still resigned (3rd year) because my family and I love the area. We thought it was fairly safe .. And we all know the housing market is insane with prices anywhere else. •But unfortunately, due to the inabilities of our own community and neglect towards these things..it’s becoming past tense. •We got kids that play in enjoyment and carefree living outside. Great hardworking families in this community! But yet our safety isn’t guaranteed •I wonder if they care or not? Seems like they don’t truthfully.."

"We were one of the first units to move in when this property opened. We loved the look of the property and how spacious the apartment was. Things went downhill quickly. The property managers (and yes, there have been many in the 3 years we lived here) do not care. It’s like they’re all trained to avoid you if you have an issue. Jessica finally came along and was the best manager there until she went on maternity leave and Alyse was hired to take over. Alyse seemed to not have a single clue what she was doing. They don’t care that this is where you live, it’s just a job to them. The office also seems to set their own hours even though the hours are clearly posted. There were many times we called or walked over to the office during regular hours and the lights would be off and the doors locked. When we first moved in, we thought the place was beautiful. But then we realized it was cheap construction. Glue and water were constantly coming up through the floors. The stucco was cracking and coming off the building and nobody seemed to care. The grounds were always covered in trash although maintenance was always riding around, they never cleaned up and the landscapers would just mow over whatever was in the grass making it worse. We also saw maintenance move items from the recycle bins into the dumpsters many times. We also had an issue with one of our toilets constantly running. Maintenance came to fix it and he asked if we use it regularly. We said it was our guest bath so his “fix” was for us to turn the water off and only turn it on when we planned on using it. It never actually got fixed. The biggest issue for me was the noise. The cheap construction of the buildings allow you to hear everything your neighbors are doing. EVERYTHING. Including what they’re doing in their bathroom. Neighbors will complain that they can hear you and the office will tell you that you’re being too loud. I could add a lot more but I just don’t have the time... This place is advertised as “Luxury Living.” They definitely charge for luxury living but it’s not as nice as it seems."

"I loved living in this apartment complex! So many great things from location, apartment itself, to the wonderful staff! The location is great as it is so handy to many amenities! University Avenue has everything you could possibly want or need. The apartments themselves are beautiful and spacious. Tons of closet space. The staff in the Leasing Office and the Maintenance Team are top notch. Any time a maintenance request was submitted, I got a quick response with wonderful communication. The Leasing Office was super helpful, responsive and willing to help as well. If I ever move back to Florida, I know where I will be living again! It is also a wonderful complex for a walker/runner, as there are plenty of sidewalks within the complex to safely walk/run, as well as sidewalks outside of the complex too."

"If you’re moving to Coral Springs FL, THIS is the place to live! I’ve lived in Coral Springs for 28 yrs and hand down this is the best community in the city! excellent and convenient location. The staff is amazing, especially the manager Jessica. She always took care of any request or concerns, in a very professional and friendly manner. Any time I needed maintenance done, Al and Ramon were there quickly, fixed whatever I needed thoroughly and were also very friendly. My kids loved it here as well, the playground and pool were always a great way for them to have fun. I’ve lived here for a year and a half and the only complaints I have are about some of the residents who live here that seem to be very ignorant and not respectful of the property and use of amenities. The staff in the office always made sure to send emails and notices out and try to correct any issues with people who reside here, but sometimes you just can’t fix “stupid”. The office is one of the cleanest most inviting place to go unwind for a bit, the decor is beautiful! I absolutely loved living here and will miss it and it’s wonderful staff very much. Anyone who says anything about this community otherwise, are likely the ones who don’t respect or obey the community rules. Thank you to the Reserve at Coral Springs staff for making our experience living here a very enjoyable one that I will forever remember."
