"We've been here 7 years and love it. The staff is great. Never had a problem getting anything fixed. Maintenance has been super. When we've had a problem they've been here right away. Natalia is the best. We love her the grounds are always so well taken care of. The only problem like everyone else is parking. But that's no big deal. We hope to be here another 7 years"
"We have been living here now for about 5 months and absolutely love it. The entire property staff are always friendly and professional. The maintenance crew do an amazing job at this property. The landscaping here always looks clean and very well kept. The pool area is amazing and a great place to hang out and get some sun. Our 3 bed room apartment is very spacious and so far we are proud to call this place home. The only thing that needs improvement is the parking situation. Overall this is a great place to live in SoFlo."
"i have been here for a year now. I love it. We have no roach issue! no sort of bug issues.. maintenance is prompt. Natalia is amazing. By far the best apartment community in the Area. It is affordable and spacious. Very family oriented. The kids even though sometimes they can be a little mischievous. hey that's what kids do. Its so refreshing to see kids actually still playing outside. I love how they lock the pool after a certain hour. have no intentions on moving anytime soon!."
"Best rent rates around the area. Great schools . Spacious apartments. Assistants at the office very nice. Any maintenance needed they are at the door same day which is a plus . The only thing I don’t appreciate is that in order to get nice appliances nice bathrooms nice cabinets you would have to move to an upgraded apartment and of course higher rent and won’t do anything to an outdated apartment which it sucks. We personally have rusty showers and rusty appliances and as long as it doesn't leak and as long as they work they won’t do a thing and I find that very unfair from management."
