It is clear that he is very dedicated to his job and when I met him at the office, he was very friendly and welcoming to the residential. I am particularly pleased with the new unit and to note it has been free of cockroaches. I was also impressed by the family-friendly nature of the community. About the safety, whether it's well-lit pathways or entry points, every precaution is taken to create a safe and secure environment. Furthermore, the peacefulness of the neighborhood at night has been a welcoming aspect as a grad student. It is clear that every member of the community, from the management team to the residents themselves, takes great pride in maintaining a clean and inviting environment where everyone can feel proud to call home."

"My move in experience was good. The office manager, Josh, is reliable and very helpful. Josh is an excellent communicator. I had a good experience with the move in process thanks to him. He was always available to answer my questions. Miguel, one of the Maintnance men, was very helpful and fixed the issue I was having with the lock on my door. I put the maintenance request in and Miguel showed up the very next morning to fix the problem."
