"Currently renting in the place. Can’t wait to finish my lease term to get the hell out. After Tonniann (former manager) left, there is NO ONE to talk to about anything. I’ve called the number posted in the office about 4 times. Each time left voicemail and still no contact from anyone. I’ve sent an email through the website and still no response. Outside of the conditions of the “renovated unit”, there are freaking RATS up and down the water spouts all over the lanai. DO NOT RENT HERE EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!"

"The Construction is overwhelming....insides are very nice....but...potholes and construction tacks...got 1 in my tire....slow your roll take care of current residents....cinderblock city.... And now rats chewing wires in a brand new Car....Think twice before you go here for the $$$$$....Over Priced for the Customer Service and Management!!"

This place is NOT a good place to rent, they will show you renovated unit but actually should its say patch unit , they will take your money on any possible way. and they would not give you your deposit back . they push out almost all tenant that leave there over 2 plus years just to increase the rent and enforcing to pay an extra $1,700 a month pushing over $4,000 a month when adding utilities that they don't show you, if you want to make a new lease not a renewal , when i use to pay $2,000 a month. Don't fall for It. because they will make you Fall HARD ."
