"Horrible place to live. Office staff doesn’t really care if you need anything. And property manager Vicky will try to mock you and talk to you like you are her child. Very unprofessional and I’m not sure how she has been the property manager for all these years. They will try to charge you for repairs that come from the buildings being old and not remodeled or maintained properly. Bad business. ROACH INFESTED!!"

"We have been living here for 2 months and so far our experience has been very positive. Glorivy and Nicole made the move in process easy and smooth. They explained all the rules and policies in detail. When we experienced trouble with our A/C, a work order was submitted promptly and the issue was handled within 48 hours. In a time where finding rent is very difficult, we are pleased to be here!"

"Zero stars if I could. I’ve lived here for over a year, and this place can not get worse. The people at the office are extremely rude; they won’t help you with anything, and even start arguing with you. The pool has been closed since the pandemic and they still charged us the same rent even though it was closed, they haven’t even bothered to tell us it was reopened. The ac systems are about 10+ years old and they quit working every three weeks. When you call for a maintenance emergency they tell you it would be within the next 24-72 hours, that is if they don’t forget to place your work order and never show up. The attention is horrible. The trash disposal is always filled up and they don’t even care. It’s disgusting how they treat you."

"This is my second year living in Villas of Capri. I'm very happy to be living here! The managers of the property (Vicky and Glorivy) are doing an excellent job managing (and upgrading!) the property. The leasing staff (Nicole and Jorge) have always been a pleasure to meet and work with. Juan comes promptly to take care on any maintenance issues. The sunrise and sunsets from my solarium are beautiful...My experience living here has been very positive! ) have always been very helpfu me, and Juan, in maintenance is always prompt and efficient"
