"Ms Jerri the black lady at the front desk is very nasty and have a bad attitude she need to take some classes on dealing with people. Came in the office for my daughter cause she received a message saying her package was delivered to the wrong apartment. And I need to go to the person apartment to retrieve it. When I went to the apartment the lady informed me that she gave it to the maintenance guy. So I went to the office to check with the maintenance guy and she just got loud with telling me they don't have any packages and they don't send messages to tenants. She wouldn't even check with the maintenance man.tyen got on the phone and acted like I wasn't standing there anymore. Then the Spanish lady came to the front cause she heard the conversation and asked me could she help me. Very nice and mild mannered lady. And I explained the same thing to her she call the maintenance guy and he said yes he has the package. Changes need to be made in this office. Sad how it's always our kind that gives attitude."
