"I called and left a message about a leak in my bathroom and maintenance man came to my apartment and fixed it in professional manner. I did not have any damage from the water because they took care of it so quick. The office was closed when I left the message. I have lived here for a long time and have always been very pleased eith the staff and maintenance here!!!"
"Both the front office and the matienece team are by far the best I've dealt with in the last 6 apartment conplexes Ive lived at, matinence responds within a day and I've had them respond the same day multiple times and they always fix the issue. The front office is very willing to work with you and make sure you are happy at the end of the day. I doubt anyone will find a better team than the one running Waverley. Big thanks to Ray and Marisol!"

"New in the property. Almost a month in and hardly ever have the opportunity to enjoy my numbered parking spot. The office manager has been advised, told in numerous occasions and no solution to this problem especially on the weekends. The maintenance supervisor Ray had answered to this problem previous two weeks with “Don’t Call The Emergency Line as people will be awaken and someone parked on your parking space is not an emergency.” On Monday, spoke with the manager in her office and informed her people within my apartment parking lot do not follow or respect my parking space at all. Unknown how many people in this 300 unit apartment place have the same issues. This Monday, I will file a report with the city and County housing authority as the stairs for this location has major and dangerous stairs barely held together as termites or aged out wood boards are deteriorated, loose including nails sticking out of the wooden stairs. The lanai/small porch in the apartment, has rotted out wood panels and structural rotted out or damaged by termites. Two bedroom apartment for $2,400 dollars a month! Yet, no availability to park our vehicle in our parking space, poor aged out structure throughout the entire apartment community which posses a danger to tenants, extremely expensive apartment while tenants have to deal with horrible maintenance of all structures including wood stairs that need to be rebuilt for safety as well as the hand rails detached from the wood; as the wood is rotten and dangerously condition. A few days left before being here for a month, and noticed how deteriorated stairs, roofs and structural damage really are. Even if this was a low income housing/apartment complex which is not. The rental price is way high for a horrible and poorly maintained rental complex. Since the complex office managers fail to deliver or check on dangerous stairs, structural damage and roofs, it will be right to report the numerous city and county land lord and tenant laws. Do not rent here! Not until you check walls, doors, stairs, enforcement of parking. I hope the owners and shareholders get to read this. All electric outlets are filled with paint which one has to be replaced when I first moved. In other words, maintenance never covers phone jacks or electrical outlets but, paint over everything creating damage for the next tenant to deal with. Bad area and not safe either."
