"The only reason there are any 5 start reviews is because they ask people for reviews and you could win a yeti !!! Right . We stayed at this place for a year and throughout our hole stay we had to deal with roaches and mold , and after many attempts to correct this problem due to our sons health concerns we were ignored but god forbid they forget the expensive rent . For the front office staff they are absolutely horrible, rude and unprofessional and rude to kids.This place is too expensive for what you’re being offered I would highly recommend not renting here. Take your money else where! Avoid!"

"I've been living here with my boyfriend for two years, and we are in love! The facilities are always tidy and beautiful. We enjoy taking our nieces to the pool so we can relax in the sunshine. I appreciate how peaceful the neighborhood is while still being so close to Gulf Coast Town Center. If you ever need to run and get something, it's very handy. We are so happy to have extended our lease for another year!"
