Versol Luxury Apartments 28790 Versol Drive, Bonita Springs, FL 34135

"The only thing “luxury” about this place is the price. The gym has been closed for 4 months. The management has had 3 turnovers in 12 months (including Cushman & Wakefield buying then immediately selling). The staff are not responsive to Maintance request. The elevator hasn’t been inspected and the sign on the elevator says it’s overdue. This place has completely gone downhill over the past 18 months of living here. I am excited to leave and never come back. Unfortunately, this place was once amazing and has now completely fallen apart."

"Horrible, they need a whole new staff. Whoever is in charge is obviously not doing their job either. Every time you need anything from the office could be requesting a garage, storage or pretty much anything. Staff never knows what they have available nor they check. All they ask is for a phone number and we will call you back, but we never get a call. I’ve also sent portal messages and still no response. I’ve went multiples times to the office and nothing ever gets done. Don’t waste your time moving here. This place is a JOKE! *And please don’t bother responding to my negative review, is not like you’re doing something to improve your service. Thank you"

"The Holiday party this week was wonderful and much appreciated. It marked the kickoff of a new & improved management staff of dedicated hard working people, who have the community's interests at heart. While it has been a tricky journey for many along the way as management has changed many times, we have finally reached a steady place. Visit the management team and say hello. You will be pleasantly surprised as to how accommodating they are. 2024 will be a smooth year for all of us. I moved into Versol in June 2023 and I love my apartment. I love the vibe of the clubhouse and I appreciate our new management team. This is a great place to live, in a terrific location just 10 minutes from the beach."

"READ… they lie, cheat and steal here! No communication from management to tenants at all. If you want to get ahold of someone, good luck! I have been moved out for almost a month and still can’t get anyone to call me back or answer my emails! (2 calls, 3 emails) Building 4 unit 112. Let’s see if they respond to a review! I’m getting a lawyer. This is what all residents go through. The good reviews on here are their friends and employees."

"I do not recommend versol apartments. We experienced extreme mismanagement while there. Things such as rent payments not working then getting late fees, fleas on the apartment grounds, and horrible communication for things such as move out, etc. I would say that Versol is in the “grey” as to whether they steal from their tenants or not, because of how they manage things. Again, I do not recommend."
