"I lived here for almost a year. Me and my roommate had constant issues with the leasing office. Our main issue is that the original lease was signed by my roommate and a friend of hers, however he passed away shortly after signing the lease, and she found me to pay half rent. The issue is that, even after me applying and getting approved, they NEVER changed the lease. I found out 2 months before moving out and called them letting them know that I am supposed to be in the lease with her. The manager sent me a new lease which we both signed and thought that resolved the issue... WRONG. When we finally move out, we find out that they still NEVER changed the lease and they will issue the deposit back to the deceased man, even though we have sent SEVERAL TIMES (which is a traumatic experience to do for my roommate) and with hundreds of new people at the leasing office (working conditions must be horrible, since they change their staff almost on a monthly basis) the proof that he is deceased and that I was approved and was paying rent for a YEAR. I would give them 1 star even if I had the option for 0 only because the staff is nice in treatment but they are EXTREMELY incompetent."

"Lived here a little over a month. Ac has stopped working 3x. Floors are so dirty no matter how many times you clean or mop, your feet turn black from being so dirty. Constant bugs and roaches. Everything is painted over instead of fixed properly. Windows are so old it’s hard for the apartment to stay cooled. Windows are also so nasty dirty you wouldn’t even wanna touch them. Bathrooms are just as bad, wall behind toliet is rotted and just putty and painted over. Caulk around toilet is moldy. Gap on front door is massive letting all the cold air out and hot air in from hallway. Walls are super thin, you can hear other people’s conversations and TVs in surrounding apartments. (Not the apartments fault) but packages get stolen or delivered to wrong buildings constantly. None of the phone numbers on the site work. Emergency maintenance is almost impossible to get a hold of. Edit: forgot to add when they fixed the ac the first time they left the drain line in the wrong place and flooded the guest room and made the ceiling collapse in the kitchen… when the man came to fix the ceiling they left a mess that took 3 hours for me to clean. .. they didn’t tape anything off and the popcorn spray is everywhere above my cabinets and trash everywhere on the counter and floors For my first month. That’s about it.. hope this helps potential renters"

"Do not move here! There is trash everywhere. The stairs are filthy and floors are never cleaned. Large stains on the floors. I have to beg them to clean the floors.  Maintenance told me that they just wash the dirty air filter flanders, they don’t throw away the dirty air filter with new ones. Below is an image of the air filter when I first moved in, FILTHY! People smoke inside the building each day. I’m embarrassed to have guest come over. There are random shopping carts in the parking lot. No matter how much I clean, the place is still infested with roaches. The hallways and stairs stink very bad!"
