"I do Not live here but I did try yo apply. Although I was denied for valid reasons, I also had other applications elsewhere, but this place stood out majorly. Everything I had questions about they picked up the phone and took time to answer if they missed my call the called back within 1 min. Additionally I was denied and was given time if wanted to try and fix my issue b4 my application was expired. As for the other locations I applied who are high end and low income I haven't heard from nor know where my ap fees went"

"I've lived here with my husband for 4 years. It's quiet and I feel safe. The amenities are nice although I don't use them often The apartments are older and kind of dated for the price. But over all we've been comfortable. What I LOVE THE MOST IS THE STAFF! Nelson in maintenance is always on the spot if there is a problem Super nice helpful guy! The office staff is the same way Always kind and helpful It's been nice living here!!"

"Recently moved in, everything has been great. I have had some issues in the past with leasing agents, but Tilsa was attentive, knowledgeable, and always available to answer my questions- she made the entire process as smooth as can be. Maintenance did a fantastic job of ensuring that everything was working properly prior to me moving in, and I can’t be happier with my room!"

"It’s nice for what it is. Recently moved from out of state, and have been in these apartments for a little over 5 months. In those 5 months, our gates worked for about a month and a half at the start. Recently the complex took to fixing them a few weeks ago, however then proceeded to undo them again, leaving them wide open. I have had something taken from my car since I moved here overnight in the complex, while this is partially my fault, the whole “gated community” was not in place to help. While the rent is a little high for a complex that doesn’t have the security it markets, the apartments themselves are decent enough, and maintenance is pretty responsive most days. I’d recommend to anyone to look into this complex, but only as a last resort option. While the amenities are decent, including an around the clock gym, pool access, and a little dog park, the lack of security does not make up for the price. Honorable mention however, there is a new initiative to make all the doors have smart locks, in an attempt to add extra personal security for us. This is great, but would not be a necessary expense if the gates worked… There is no shade to those who work in the front office or for the apartments themselves. They are all great people and have been a joy to talk to the few times I have, just becomes frustrating sometimes when trying to determine where our rent money goes."

"My husband and I have been living here for a little over 2 years. It's our first place together and we decided to choose this place because it was close to my job and easy I-75 access. It is an older apartment complex, so some of the amenities are older. For example, some of the gym equipment such as mats and bands are old. But there are many cardio machines and free weights. The pool is nice with new furniture and usually not crowded. The valet trash in our apartment building is good. There were weeks where there was a change in the companies, but everything is fine now. My biggest concern is the gate, which is never closed. When I went to go ask about it, they said the had contacted a company and it was up to their timeline. I chose this place because of they gate-entry, but it never works. If they fixed the gate, my rating would be higher."
