Staff works hard at keeping things in terrific condition. If you need anything it’s only a phone call away. Location couldn’t be better."

"Sundance Grove is a wonderful place to live. I have been living here for four years. The property manager, Marcello, as well as everyone who works at the complex is kind and helpful. Maintenance requests get taken care of very quickly, and the grounds are kept up beautifully. The location is very convenient, and the prices of rent is far less expensive than other apartment complexes in the area. Honestly, I wish I could give this place way more than 5 stars."

"i am a resident of sundance grove apartments fort myers 5 years, i am very happy to live here, excellent location, we have leisure area to walk, swimming pool, gym and also excellent work done by the staff like renovation of the apartments in general, everything clean and very careful and dedication, supervised by manager Marcelo who has been doing a wonderful job, the condominium is being well seen by everyone as safe to live, with security camera everywhere. I want to thank the owner and employee for everything that is being done for us residents!"

"I have lived here for over two years now and no complaints. It's a nice quite community besides a dog barking here and there. I haven't had any issues with roaches, the pest control sprays monthly in our apartments with your consent. I like that it's a non-smoking community and since there are only have 1 or 2 bedrooms apartments there are not many kids running around. Great location behind Edison Mall. Each year I renewed my lease they came and clean the carpet within 30 days."
