"I've stayed here for almost 5 years.Its a headache after another.If its not managment its the units.They are old and moldy.when i first moved in the apartment smelt really bad.parking.will give you hell.Before they use to have you pay for a sticker now they just want a copy of registration.And even if you have a sticker,its a possibility you still could get towed.Washer and dryer downstairs.Ive only dealt with this cause of the headache of moving. Please dont waste your time.I really didnt want to give a star."

"The apartment I rented before I moved in 412 smelled horrible of cigarettes I ask them to paint walls and change carpets. They only changed the carpet. When I moved out they refused to give me my full security deposit saying that I smoked and it smelled bad, I don't smoke I have health issues. If you go to rent there DO NOT RENT ANYTHING OWNED BY DAVID GORSON OR NATALIA BRANCA. they will rip you off. I showed them pictures of the apartment cleaned and carpet shampooed. I have pictures and recipes from shampooer. Please don't let them take advantage of you. Anyone else that owns the apartment its a nice place to live. That's the 1 star I gave them. Just watch who your signing your lease to. Again owner of a few apartments there is David Gorson and Natalia Branca will show it to you."

"Terrible management and maintenance. 2 years I've had issues with my AC, they have ignored it. They leave a notice to say that someone is coming in to do pest control, or fire alarm inspections. They never do. Speaking of pest control. There are bugs. It's disgusting."

"The management is extremely racist. I was going to move in during the end of September and have been sleeping over my friend’s apartment for about a week now due to a leaky roof which makes my house flood every time it rains. One afternoon I was out at the pool area and management came up to me very disrespectfully asking me if I lived there, assuming already that I was an intruder, I told them no, but I was visiting a friend, and they kicked me out the property, the same property I was sleeping in this whole time. Then, a second time I come to use the laundry, because yes I was still living at my friends apartment until my roof gets fixed, and while using the laundry the management comes into the room with maintenance yells at me to “TAKE MY HEADPHONES OUT” and starts getting into an argument with me about me being there, I told them simply I am visiting a friend, I assured them that I know people that live in the apartments as well, and rather than be courteous and understanding, perhaps maybe calling the people that live there or going to their room number and asking them herself, the lady does the same thing she did to me at the pool. But little did she know I was sleeping over a friends apartment in that same building AND was already getting ready to move in at the end of the month, into my VERY OWN 2 bedroom, not only did this racist bigot of a manager disrespect a GUEST in her own apartment building, she didn’t even have the decency to check for herself if I was in fact intruding on her property nor did she take the time to call the residents I was staying with or visit them at their door, matter of fact, since I have been here she has not even shown up to their room once, yet claims she is doing her job by keeping the building safe, it’s all a bunch of lies and prejudice, this is a woman who went out of her way to kick me out of the buildings laundry room without even checking to see if I were in fact a guest. Is this the place you want to bring your children? Or your family and friends? Just imagine having a friend visit you from out of town for a couple weeks and then being treated this way by the management of the building that YOU ARE PAYING FOR. Think twice before you lease here folks, because I am telling you, these people would rather discriminate against their guests than make them feel welcome, they claim it to be for security, but if that were the case, they would’ve knocked on the residents door with whom I was living with, and everything would’ve been resolved, in fact their lack of effort and communication with the residents I was staying with proves to me that they care nothing about safety and I hope that someone hears me on this. It’s astonishing to me that weeks before I move in to this community my roof starts leaking, I have to live with one of my friends for a couple weeks, and this is how I am treated by the same community I was going to move into, had I not been through this I would’ve never known how they treat people and still would’ve moved in, thank goodness they have been exposed, they will not get any money from me AND the current residents will be moving out shortly. Just despicable! Such discrimination racism and bigotry shall not, cannot, and will not be tolerated. Thank you and have a great day."
