The quality of the amenities was far above any I had seen in the area and the tour was extremely in depth and informative. Tashia made us feel welcome from the second we walked in the door and has been so helpful to us every step along the way so far. Moving in next month and we are so excited!"

"We toured the property on Saturday and couldn't wait to apply on Saturday night. We looked at other properties - both older and brand new. Tashia was amazing - answering every question with much kindness and patience. The property is gorgeous with many resort-like amenities and is a great value for the money (compared to other brand new builds). The apartments are very well appointed, good size and I love the fact that everything is up to the latest hurricane codes - including the windows! "Probably one of the nicest complexes I’ve ever stayed in with Management providing great service and care for the buildings and its facilities. Very unique style and community, compared to anywhere else in 40 mile radius. Pretty good mix of young to middle-aged group of people/professionals (25-37) - a few families and younger children as well, who are all remarkably well-behaved. If you try to compare pricing to other communities like this, you simply won’t find anything comparable for the amenities, events, facilities, and genuine Management group….on top of the fact it’s a brand new community in the nicest part of Fort Myers."
