"I just moved in and it has been great so far! The application process went fairly smoothly given that I was not in the area, the leasing agent did his best to send me everything via email and get me moved in! The apartment itself is nice for the price you pay (very spacious!!) , and the office staff has been very helpful and kind along the way. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed after my move in and the maintenance guys came almost instantly.. they’re amazing!! looking forward to my year here :)"

"Administrator SCREAMS at callers & talks non-stop so you can't get a word in at all! Pest control is sporadic even when scheduled, work day starts at 10 a.m., ends at 6 p.m., can't reach anyone for hours, if at all, they leave before 6 p.m. I have mold problems, was told worker would treat it, not done."

"Human resources recommended I apply for residence at Westchase. I did December 2022. I would call every month and make sure I was moving up on the waiting list. I have not been able to connect with anyone at Westchase since June 2023."

"This place is full up on cockroaches to the point they end up infesting your car. Even if your car is spotless. Also full of bedbugs. Maintenance doesn’t show up. Office doesn’t answer calls. Hallways are disgustingly filthy. They are quick to get on renters about things yet they will leave you with broke. Air conditioning and other issues and completely ignore their responsibilities to you. They are slum lords. They also are not really there to help people. They may be “low income” but they are quick to kick you out if you make $1.00 over or a $1.00 less. They do not work with you. You can literally hear everyone in the building while in a unit. It has potential to be a nice place just not the proper management or maintenance team to pull it off. I will update this review when they be better."
