"Lived here 3 years! Would stay longer, but moving out of state! The property is very quiet and well kept! Lenor the property manager is super nice and very responsive when reaching out! Maintenance requests are handled promptly. As a black person, its very refreshing to have someone treat you with respect before they even know what type of tenant you will be, and Lenor did just that from DAY 1! 10/10 recommend these apartments!"

The neighborhood is quiet and clean, neighbors are friendly, the complex itself is on the smaller side so most of the tenants tend to stay for a good amount of time, and lastly the new property manager Lenor is awesome! He’s made it a point to meet as many tenants as possible in his short time here so far, and plans on getting to know rest in time; it’s obvious he cares about the people that reside on the property.
