"I’ve been living with 0N50 for about 4 years now. At first I was excited for new management because they was fixing up the place which is awesome, however during the renovations all apartments wasn’t renovated which is unfair. We have mold and cracks on our ceiling leaks from all around our place. The only thing was changed was my carpet. The ceilings didn’t get fixed so this can happen again at anytime which did and the leak was coming from the stairs. The place is roach infested and I’m not the only apartment that’s infested. Nothing has been done about this. Yet they stared to over charge us and even for 2024 my rent is higher. My utility bill for some odd reason gets higher and higher almost $100 now. I remember my utility billl used to be only $20 to $40 on overage. My utility bill was $93 last month. It’s only me. Then if you don’t pay your rent before the 4th not only you get charged with a $30 fee but it’s $10 after that for each day you don’t pay the rent which is ridiculous and unheard of. Yeah they helped me with getting it down a little but still I never had to deal with this with old management. They understood and gave us time to pay rent. What I’m saying is if this new management gonna over charge us use that money to fix the elevator and continue renovating EVERYONES home not just a selected few. I’ve been hear for 4 years they should of done renovating for the people that has been here longer first but still doing all is fair. I can write a three page paper about other things I can get into including my daughters that be here every once in a while that are allergic to dogs and they had the audacity to bring a dog in. Before this new management we had no pet policy and I was expecting that to still be the same with new management. Instead they said you have to deal with it basically because of the contract I signed which I assumed no pet policy was still intact, but no they didn’t care and didn’t bother to move the dog out. Now I barley have my daughters over now due to this. It’s just been a horrible experience and so many things still needs to be fixed. It may look good on the outside but the inside is a different story. They have yet to fix my window still. I haven’t been to open my window for the past two years."
