"I have ABSOLUTELY NO STARS FOR THIS APARTMENTS (but you have to give at least one to post.) They have been under new management 3 times in 12 months. They have poor management each time around. I left 4/1/22 and it's been 2 months and have not received my deposit back. They give you the run around about money they owe you which they owe some big money to current tenants from prior managements scandalous ways. Keep your money and don't waste your time. The area manager never responds and uses the receptionist as the guppy for questions she can't answer. I feel sorry for the long term 10+ years residents who have to deal with this unstable string of management. They had a manager when we first moved there by the name of Karen she was the best for the company. Many people and staff (over 10 apartments were evicted within 1 to 2 weeks after crooked management settled in. I would never return!"

"I absolutely love the apartments the only thing I dislike is I have to come in the office every time to pay rent n etc they need to find a way we’re us residents can pay online because the times I go to work office isn’t open yet and the time I get off there closed"
