"Renters beware! Relocated to the area and tried to rent a property through Legacy TWICE! Diane Bates was rude, unprofessional and didn’t give reasonable cause for our application to not be accepted. She gave a reason that didn’t make sense and then when questioned she would change the reasoning. Then when questioned again she just ended the conversation because she knew she was caught in a lie. I hate to say it, but it felt as if she was trying to keep a minority family from moving into one of their homes so she used any excuse she could find. Renters don’t waste your time, take your business to another company!"
