"Simple accommodations but expensive for what you get. Owner is very nice and responsive. As we were packing to go, we saw a german roach on the bed! Wife was not happy. When we got home we went through every single item we had in the driveway with all clothing going into a plastic bag and straight to the washer to reduce the chance of any hitchhikers. Not for us."
"Clean room, owner/manager was very accomodating even though I woke him up upon arrival (12.30am). No breakfast but there wad coffee in the room with a small microwave and fridge."
"The worst hotel ever!! We was passing through Lake Wales so we stopped here because there wasn’t any Name brand hotels.. and The beds had NOT been changed since the last person’s was there… there was dried blood or something red on the sheets, the nasty bleach stained comforter had what looked to be dried food on it.. food was still in the fridge.. bath towels were stained. And the room had a nasty smell to it..Beware of this nasty smelling place!! They will not refund your money.. there is even a sign that says that.. the clerk barely speaks English. We did get new bedding that we changed ourselves. I give this plant 0 stars. Beware Do not stay here!!!!"

"I have exhausted the horrid accommodation in and around Sebring at the lower end ££ that is usually all that is left on a race weekend. This find is really good, clean, quiet, great Ac. important good bed and linen. it really does look and feel renovated. Friendly owner. i can get off the road earlier.. 20 mins straight road to the Florida state college exit."
