"I absolutely loved staying here! The feel is super homey, neighborhood is friendly and the complex is super clean. The main highlight would have to be the management and maintenance team. Whenever we needed any assistance with anything, we received help immediately (even in the middle of the night). Honestly the most lovely management and maintenance team I have ever met! I would totally recommend staying here."

"I had a friend living at Chateau for over a year who I visited regularly, so I knew what this complex had to offer before deciding to move here myself. Before even moving in, I knew a handful of neighbors by name just because of the little community that this place offers. Everyone was super friendly to me, even as a visitor. I really appreciate this because it immediately made me feel safe and welcomed upon moving in. Chateau is a great community outside of the people, too. It's quaint and quiet. It's a little older but is kept up with well. Maintenance is always super quick and helpful. It is in a nice and safe neighborhood with a ton of cute streets to walk or run down. It is in a PRIME location, being 5 minutes from soho, 8 minutes from Hyde Park, and less than 10 minutes from Bayshore. Restaurants and stores are all around within walking distance, and there are a few gyms only 5-10 minutes away by car. Needless to say this place is super homey and I would recommend it to anyone!"
