"I’ve been here for 5 years and I think it is great. Manager is great and so is the maintenance staff. Hurts to see bad reviews that seem like lies."
"I don’t usually get involved on social media but I see some reviews posted that are polar opposite of my experience at Carillon Place. I found the property manager (Debbie) to be professional and the extreme opposite of a racist. She and her office staff treat everyone equally with respect and courtesy. Maintenance (Antonio) is prompt, polite and professional as well. Carillon Place is a great place to call home."
"That landlord is the most racist person you’ll ever meet. She hates everyone that’s not white. Debbie is the worst person you’ll ever meet. DO NOT RECOMMEND AT ALL TO LIVE HERE! Don’t know how she’s still a manager. She also put a huge sticker on my car saying I couldn’t park WHEN I CLEARLY HAD A PARKING PASS ON MY WINDOW. RACIST WHITE LADY!"
"Denise in the office is super amazing and attentive! She gets things done so quickly and the property itself is truly immaculate. Antonio is also courteous and gets repairs fixed in a jiffy."
"My family lived here a few years ago and was not happy. We heard there was new management in the office and needed a place to move in, so basically bit the bullet and moved in. I have to say we have never been happier. We have been here for 7 months, the manager walks around checking the property and make sure maintenance is doing what they need to do. I have heard that they are now going to power wash and paint the buildings, wow I cannot wait. I am sorry, but I have not seen any drug dealers on this property, that is not fair, as I live here with my family and do not want the place I live to have a bad rep because of a negative response. I do not believe this manager would ever ignore a drug dealer complaint as the rumor is she cares but follows policy."
