"I have been living here for almost 3 years and i love the staff, they are very quick to handle situations and any concerns going on in the apartment. Even maintenance requests are handled very quickly. Security wise it is a gated complex and i love it, i never had any issues and there is parking on every level so it’s completely close walk from the garage to my apartment. The gym has all the basic essentials, and the pool is cleaned often, the complex too is cleaned every morning, if you are a morning person you often run into the cleaners around 4ish-5am cleaning the corridors and other areas of the complex. And also there is chutes on every floor making it a close walk to take out trash from my apartment."

"My daughter is living at IQ Apartments for six months and it has been great so far. The staff is so attentive and kind!! Every maintenance needed is needed promptly resolved. The microwave had a cracked handle and they installed a new one when she moved. The bedroom has a big window that offers nice sunlight. She is enjoying it so much that has even renewed the leasing for next year."

"My son stayed here during a summer internship. The expectation told to me was that we would receive our deposit 30 days after move-out. He moved out June 30. It is October 31 and we still have not received this deposit. They are trying to blame it on the USPS and not take responsibility for anything. The check supposedly was mailed out mid September which is past the 30 days to begin with. WHERE IS OUR DEPOSIT??? I wish we had never done business with this deceptive, shady business. Stay away from this place unless you plan on gambling with your deposit."

"I initially gave IQ Apartments 5 stars, but my recent experience has left a bitter taste. I was charged $650 for pre-existing repairs I requested to be fixed before my lease began. While the front office staff was friendly, the higher-ups have been unhelpful throughout my experience at IQ. This update is disappointing, as it has partially marred my experience. It was quite inconsiderate to receive such a hefty charge as I transitioned into my full-time career after graduating. I don't want to deter you from considering IQ Apartments, but I'd advise caution when dealing with student housing and their unnecessary charges."

"5/5 stars. A great place to call “home”. The entire staff always greet you with a smile and are very helpful to my needs, and are quick to attend to any problems that arise. The grounds and facilities are beautiful, we have an amazing pool, social areas and study rooms. I love the convenience of the elevator and 5 story covered parking garage! The apartment itself has blown me away. We have an updated kitchen and flooring, spacious closet, room and bathroom !! Overall I’ve had a GREAT experience and will always recommend it to others."
