"Inquired if they had pet friendly rentals they said no, I explained I am in the process of getting my dog emotional service animal certified through my doctor (760.27 FL st law) which allows for animals regardless of no pet policies but she again stated they don't accept pets. Once an animal has been esa approved by a medical professional they are not considered a pet according to FL law."
