"My family and I do vacations quite frequently and this is by far the absolute worst hotel I’ve ever encountered or stayed at. To start, they charged us an extra day that we weren’t even there for. When I explained to the lady we had a confirmation email of our dates she told me it didn’t matter that “she explained this to my husband already”. Clearly she explained it my husband which is why I am asking the questions about it. When we went to our room, the access door didn’t work, I had to go back to the front desk to get a new key and she kept questioning me “what is your key doing” “the door you’re describing doesn’t make sense to me” and after telling her it kept giving me red lights when I tried to use it her response to me with her brows furrowed and a grin on her face “so your key just gives you red lights nothing else” as if she was trying to make me out to be a liar. She sent maintenance to our door before I even made it back to it to change out something in the door lock. Which ended in the maintenance guy going to redo our keys again. The elevator didnt work so we had to carry everything up the stairs, and even though our reservation stated we had free breakfast, we didn’t and I also have screenshots of that as well. We only had less than half a roll of toilet paper in our room, dead cockroaches, globs of hair, mold on our ceiling tile, empty water bottles under our beds, dirt and food on the floors, the list can go on and on, also have photos of this. We had to go back to the front desk again the following day to get towels for our room because there were only two provided and we have 3 kids. The same lady questioned me about it asking how many towels we already had, I explained to her that we had two and she questioned me again stating “I can’t give you anymore towels unless you bring me dirty ones” what dirty towels did she exactly want me to bring? We hadn’t used any yet. So fast forward, we are on our second day and we just got back from the theme park and housekeeping had come into our room and still didn’t replace the toilet paper so we ended up getting some and putting it in the room our self. The sink didn’t drain properly and would stop up the moment it was turned on. The curtains in our room looked like some child had played in mud and finger painted all over them, they were ripped and stained, none of the outlets worked except for three near the bed. The refrigerator kept going in and out and the ac barely cooled the room, we all slept without blankets the entire time. I will never stay here again and will be letting the MWR to ward away our military and vets that are booking near this location. From start to finish this was by far the worst experience I’ve ever had on a vacation."

"The room was absolutely FILTHY. Food left over, looks like it needed to be mopped, hair left all over bathroom. Save yourself and don’t book here. Double charged. I walked in and walked right back out. It’s a no. Gross, dirty, rooms. Homeless people and lot lizards out front. Should be ashamed of themselves being next to legoland."

"BEWARE DO NOT BOOK! Room was $100 so while that is not expensive, there are definitely cheaper ones that would have been better than this!!! Hotel is directly across from. Karaoke bar and you will be kept up ALL night long from drunken singing and loud drums! Called the front desk and they said there was nothing they could do! Rooms were disgustingly dirty, someone seemed to be selling drugs all night from the room diagonally below us. Absolutely horrendous stay! Never again! Didn’t get a minute of sleep! Air conditioning was moldy, toilet seat broken, the list is endless. Our son fell asleep and had a tournament early in the morning otherwise we 100% would have checked out refund or not and gone somewhere else"

"This place was disgusting. The employee that helped was extremely nice but had no knowledge of the property. Ants are everywhere around the pool and 1st floor. Bathroom was not clean nor was the fridge or microwave. The sheets were clean. The bed was missing a leg. Found an old cheeseburger behind the microwave. Curtains were ripped and dirty. A/C worked well. We stayed on the Econo lodge side. The drains smelled of rotten eggs whenever any water was ran or the toilet was flushed. This place needs shut down, cleaned and renovated before it reopens. The maintenance man asked for cigarettes. It has potential. We packed our things back in the car and went to Courtyard by Marriott down the street. I did not get a refund."

"A very good place to stay for cheap. The rooms were clean and most of the staff was friendly. The parking lot situation was kind of confusing and the property itself could do with a few updates but their scenery was very nice their pool was very large 12 ft deep Max not heated though and outdoor but that's a small price to pay. The head housekeeping inspector was pretty rude in the fact that she threatened to charge me $30 for going 5 minutes over my checkout time to pack up and leave. Staff could use some work and the property could use a little bit of TLC but overall it's a decent place to stay for the money when you're looking for a fairly priced rooms."
