"The maintenance man hear pulled out his private part on my camera and I have video proof of it and he literally still has a job here. so who knows what else he's doing in other people's apartments! These apartments are also Roach infested and they don't fix anything here! it's all run down and cheap, the owner doesn't care about the apartments either, it has mold and mildew in the apartments and everything is from the 1960s please do not move to these apartments ! Don't let the pictures on the website for you none of those apartments look like that. The gates don't work, people steal your mail, the trash bin looks disgusting! I mean I can go on please do not move here at all"

"I don’t know how my original review was removed but this apartment complex is roach infested, the “amenities” such as the pool and gym are not usable. It’s the worse looking complex on the block."

"I have been living here for a year now and I am now renewing my lease. I really like it here in Carrollwood and this is a nice small quiet complex all the people I've met or come across here have been very nice and friendly. Darlene the office manager has been great ever since I've been here she's always quick to help if I ever need anything and always very friendly to talk to when I go in to pay my rent. I feel right at home here."

"I have lived at this community since2013 and I love being in this complex. I actually moved out in 2016 and within three months I came back to Woodridge because I love it here. The staff is wonderful the maintenance man is a hard worker. The property manager Lena has been there for a long time and my experience with her has been fantastic she always try her best to help people. when I left I was so sad and when I came back she accepted me with open arms, literally and that is the first time a property manager made me feel so welcomed and appreciated. She does her very best to understand people and listens to needs, she is a caring person and I always see her working at all hours. My experience while still residing at Woodridge is that she treats everyone the same she does not have any preferential treatment. She follows rules and helps as much as she can. I highly recommend this property. I LOVE it here!!"
