"we currently live here. its a nice place very quite. No body really messes with anybody. It has been a nice place for the last 3 years being it is our first place on our own. Maintenance has been good. The only problems I see is that the electrical outlets keep coming loose from the wall. Sometimes half of them don't work. The units need updating big time new cabinets etc and new appliances as in the stoves and dishwashers. and could use some updated counter tops, The walls are painted with a flat paint so if you try to clean them the paint comes off so you pretty much just have to repaint. Other then that its been a great place. Until its updated I wouldn't never pay no more 750 its not worth it being everything is outdated to us. The office staff is great and this place works with you on the rent being late and etc. I would recommend this place for a first time on your own place but the rent now is over 900. but its up to you on how much you want to pay for rent."
