"A good place and home to good people - though not always the quietest spot in town. Spacious living spaces with a beautiful waterfront and abundant wildlife with wading birds, waterfowl, and the off alligator or two. I have friends who are longtime residents and Park Lake had been a home away from home for me and many others. Thank you, Park Lake."

"I’m not sure why there’s such bad reviews about this complex.. I’ve only been here 4 months but I’ve had nothing but a good experience. The lady in the front office is always so sweet, and the guy is always willing to help in a timely fashion if something is brought to his attention. The only reason I’m not giving it 5 stars is because 1. You have to pay for a key to use the pool and 2. where my unit is located, it is nosey during the day as well as at night. This is only due to the location near the intersection- not the Complex’s fault. I recommend this place."

"This place is horrible! Noise complaints are a joke to the front office. Save your time, money, and sanity. Also, if you like to break rules and not get In trouble, this is the place for you. Park Lake has set rules but doesn’t abide by them."

"The management here are equal to stalkers. They stand outside your condo, listen in on conversations. Question your invited guest, who, what, why.. show me.. They will get on a golf cart, or two, follow your invted guests around the complex while yelling, EXCUSE ME, HELLO, EXCUSE ME... WHO ARE YOU..or even follow the condo owner... from the parking lot HELLO, EXCUSE ME... They also tell other residents your business. They will inform you rudly if the back screen door is left open. When you have the 'lady' management in the office, the 'man maintenance' guy is creeping around corners. Follows you to the dumpsters to see what has been thrown in. If you are at your vehicle, cleaning, straightening, gathering groceries ECT... they (HE mostly) will come up to you, or the vehicle, not to lend a hand or see if you are ok.. but asking just what are you doing, or what is going on.. And don't even think about using the dock for feeling the fish or birds, and how dare you want to go fishing, bring a friend.. forget it. The 'lady' management will break her neck to see (1st) who, what , why.. then tell you to leave, or before you can get to the dock, demand that you turn around and leave the area. She also made me call my cable company back out to move the dish I had installed for service the very next day, when the 'maintnence' man was with the installer the day of telling him where he can place the dish. Did they pay for the moving of the dish... NO. This place is run by power hungry people who should never have been giving the job. Don't ever move here while they are still employed!"
