"Went on a tour to see some units and the girl working on the leasing office was completely unprofessional. During the tour she was all the time on her phone, didn’t show us basic amenities like the pool, gym or last floor lounge and it felt like her showing us the units was a hassle. Thankfully we where able to find an apartment at Skyhouse Channelside in which the staff where 100x more helpful and nice plus it is in a better location."

"I was a resident of Nine15 since 2018 (over 5 years) and have since moved out. I normally don’t feel compelled to share reviews, but the fact that I’m still thinking about this poor experience over 3 months later is reason enough to share. Turnover - the property has been sold at least twice, and management has changed three times, all while continuing to stumble through serious issues with little to no accountability. But with the rent increases, I would expect my living experience to be elevated and in fact it is the exact opposite. You cant reasonably expect people to feel comfortable paying more for obviously less. Some of these issues may have been addressed since we moved out, and while I hope that they have, these are things we know were escalated by many residents for months without reasonable response. Safety had been a theme over the last year with multiple shootings inside the garage and in front of the building. I sent multiple emails dealing with completely open access to the building to management, and the response was laughable. We had our 1 year old nephew and 3 and 5 year old nieces with us in this building the day of the most recent shooting in the garage (for which there was virtually no communication). Not only had nothing been done to address safety in this building following any of the shootings, but after this most recent shooting, we were left with nothing but a tone-deaf email asking us to "keep [our] doors locked and [our] window blinds closed at night...no joke. I understand that a management company to an extent cant control what happens outside the building but these incidents are happening INSIDE and the unwillingness to even lift a finger and at least open communication with residents (the bare minimum), the City of Tampa, or law enforcement speaks volumes to their apathy. A non-exhaustive list of safety concerns that have been neglected for years and are within their control are below: Residential parking garage door that was nonfunctional for many months during '21 and '22 Second floor service elevator door in the garage with non-functional FOB, leaving the stairwell accessible to any residential floor by anyone, resident or otherwise Elevators for the entire building exceeding 8 months without inspection last year (at least 1 out of 3 elevators were not functional over half the year) N. Florida building exit left ajar daily, with access to stairs leading to ALL residential floors We were trying to find a way to justify the obnoxious increase in rental rates when staying here was clearly unsafe, not to mention constantly inconvenienced with either non functional elevators, elevators and stairwells with urine and dog feces, shootings, night clubs blasting music until 3 am, cars doing donuts outside and inside the parking garage until 5 am every single weekend and the list goes on. If you still decide to sign a lease at their inflated rates, consider yourself warned and good luck."

"Nine15, which is undoubtedly one of the most luxurious apartment complexes I've come across. The attention to detail in the design, amenities, and overall ambiance is commendable. Most of the staff, especially Elvis, have consistently showcased the highest levels of professionalism and warmth. However, it's imperative for potential residents to be aware of an unfortunate blot in this otherwise splendid environment: an employee named Dominique. The level of discourtesy and brusqueness displayed by her is not only incongruent with the apartment complex's high standards but also severely impacts the overall experience. In my encounter with Dominique, I found her demeanor to be unbecoming and her attitude rather hostile, especially towards guests. This isn't merely an isolated observation; I've heard similar sentiments echoed by other visitors. A luxurious apartment complex is not just about impressive infrastructure, but the human touch that accompanies it. While nine15 excels in the former, my experience with Dominique certainly casts a shadow over the latter. Potential residents should consider this aspect when deciding on making nine15 their home."

"Overall, not a bad apartment complex to live in. The building and units themselves are beautiful and kept clean. The location is great and is in the heart of Downtown Tampa. I got a pretty good deal on my one bedroom apartment and love the balcony and unit. The only issue with living here is guest parking. The second floor is reserved for visitors, and is paid parking only. My girlfriend stays at my apartment 3-4 times a week, and always has issues with parking. She can not exit the gate without paying or me fobbing her out. Nine15 does not really account for resident guests because the garage is owned by the city. They want $50 a month extra on top of the already absurd pricing for rent for an extra parking spot in the resident garage. If you have visitors frequently, this will be an issue... I promise. I am looking to possibly move out before my lease ends later this year because of this as it is a major inconvenience to both me and her. Maintenance can take awhile to fix bigger issues, but gets done eventually. Smaller requests get done faster. Pool is nice and has a great view of the city. Amenities are nice as well. Other than that, I have no complaints and have enjoyed living here, I just wish they would consider their residents and provide them with free guest parking. If you don't expect having visitors over frequently, then I would definitely check Nine15 out. If you do have visitors or a significant other visiting, stay away!!! I will also give a quick shoutout to Christiana, the leasing agent, as she has always addressed my concerns in a timely manner and helped me a lot throughout the leasing process and during my lease now. The concierge, Elvis, is also amazing. The staff is very nice and welcoming and that is another perk of Nine15. Overall I would give it 4 stars."
