"They have the worst management- really it's the owner. He hires the worst contractors and management. We had black mold and the contractor who was replacing the ceiling knocked out the sprinkler. It basically rained in our apartment. The management moved our stuff in storage.We stayed with family while they fixed our apartment. When we finally moved back in and the movers brought us our stuff back- we were missing belongings. The manager kept telling us not to worry, there was still stuff in storage... long story short...She was fired! New management 100% blew us off. We sent email after email and phone call after phone call, crickets. Now we have to get a lawyer. The flood ruined like 6 apartments. There are so many more negative things I can say but how about a positive- move somewhere else. There are so many nice, cool, unique places to live in Tampa. This isn't one of them."

Pictures really can't show how much care the owners / managing company are constantly putting into the building. 30' ceilings, 15' stained glass window Walls are just some unique features.
