"Our family members have called at different times every day, all week long. First greeting says out on property or with a resident, press 1 for leasing, which allows for message to be left. I have left 6 messages myself starting Feb 12, '24 twice a day until today Feb 16, '24. Really bad signal of things to come for elderly getting help once there? Wondering if Corporate is aware of their leasing agent/s never pick up ringing phone nor return messages? Suspect a reply will be generic saying 'don't hesitate to contact us'."

All the employees of both the offices and maintenance are always available for what is needed, thank you and do not change your way of working."

"Regarding a serious concern: Major health concerns with my mother. She has chronic health concerns as do other residents in the unit. Yet, it has been over 2 weeks since the elevator has been repaired. One is functioning the other is not. We waited over 47 minutes for the one elevator.. She ended up going up the stairs in pain, and very upset (crying). This is unacceptable and against health regulations. As this can result in a major problem for many of the elderly. I like a time frame of when this elevator will be repaired. Please respond withing 24 hours, or I will result to contacting the better business bureau and the health department. Your elevators should be up to code and inspected regularly. In addition! Cares are damaged constantly and broken into on the properties parking lot, and there is never a resolution. The manager does a poor job in managing the facility, and never expresses concerns for the resident. I am still waiting for a call back or an email... MG"

"This is an affordable income restricted community for independent individuals 62 and older. This place is nice. They keep the building meticulously clean. It has been renovated in the past two years. They have studio and one bedroom apartments. The electric, water, sewer, and trash removal is included in the rent. There is an emergency call system, and resident check-in system in each apartment. Onsite camera access on TV. The complex has a community center (with large flat screen TV & Nintendo Wii), arts & crafts room, and a fitness center. Each apartment has a balcony with nice city views and some apartments face the river. This is a secure building. They have energy efficient hurricane windows. This is a nice place at an affordable price."
