"If it’s still carol and Juanita they are very unfair and discriminatory. Waited a year after moving out to make sure I wasn’t just upset or short sided… I could go through the long list of things they did while I was there but I think the simplest and most to the point would be the first…. Before I moved in I called to check availability, they said they had 3 1brs. I show up not 30 minutes later (mixed-black male) and they said they no longer have any availability. I had my mother go in not an hour after that (white woman) and suddenly they had availability again. It’s a great spot in a great location and the maintenance guys do their job. Just anything involving those two old ladies… they love the drama."

"River Place Apartments are very well maintained with beautiful river walk pathways along side Hillsborough River. The staff Ms. Carol and Maintenance Techs are very professional, knowledgeable and always on point. The apartments are new renovated, spacious and cozy. These apartments closely in commute to Ybor City, downtown Tampa, Channel-side, Tampa RiverWalk, TPA and local theme parks. I’m happy to call River Place Apartments my home."

"I'm very happy here. The place is beautiful, clean, quiet and well kept. I walk on the well maintained river path everyday. It's a great and safe place to spot a large variety of wildlife as well as boaters, water skiers, jet skiers. ..etc. I'm also very happy with the job the leasing personnel, Juanita and Carol, do as far as screening residents. I always feel safe and there is a great sense of community among the residents. There's nowhere else I'd rather rent."
