Regency Square Apartments

"I lived in these apartments a couple months back. Now the only good thing about this complex was it was very spacious at least the 2bedroom 1.5 bath. The downfall was the ac did not blow properly in the bedrooms, no matter how many work orders I put in there was nothing the Maintenace workers could do to help with that problem. After the new company took over, they started making us pay for cable whether you wanted it or not. I didn't think that was right. The place always had roaches in the apartment no matter how often they came to spray. They would charge you for pest control but wouldn't spray monthly like they were supposed to, you had to constantly call for them to come out. I think they were coming from other people apartment that wouldn't call to have them to come spray. The dumpsters were always over filled but that comes from people that don't care about where they live. I have to say that the last lady that was in the office really made it easy for me to move out with the inspection and all."

"The apartments are very quiet and everyone gets alone the rent office manager is very nice and understanding she helps you and maintenance come soon as it's a problem in your home. I give these apartments a 10 I been here a year with no problem at all. I am staying here as long as God allows me to."

"I applied at Regency Square Apartments and had the best experience when I visited the leasing office. Natalie was very nice and made the process easy. She greeted me as soon as I walked in and went through everything I needed to know to apply and about the property. A week after applying she called me to let me know that I was approved. She was so very pleasant and welcoming."

"These are the worst apartments ever if you’re not Mexican, do not move here I went into the office to get a application she was talking to the maintenance. I stood there for 30 minutes she finally acknowledge me, and when she acknowledge me, she said I will be with you shortly with a attitude told me to go sit in their another room, with one chair in it looks like a holding seal and her reasoning behind it was I don’t need to be in there maintenance department business and I just told her all I wanted to do was get a application to apply for the apartments whole entire time they are speaking in Spanish and laughing it does not look like the pictures. Please beware of a place like this."
