"These apartments are a complete eyesore in the neighborhood. A lot of undercover cops have been here busting in the doors of these dumpy apts. obviously the owners don’t screen their trashy tenants . Hopefully they clean these up"

"I read the other reviews & noticed not only are they awful, but completely false, & none of which are recent. It only seems fair that I set the record straight. First I want to say that the complex changed hands & is now managed/ran by a new owner. The current owner is giving the property all the TLC it desperately needed. There is fulltime management & a new maintenance man. A regularly scheduled exterminator & if any problem should prestent itself be sure to report it , & it will b resolved in a timely fashion."

"Run as fast as you can, unless you want to live with constant various bug infestation (not an occasional bug), mold, broken items like outlets and Windows that never get repaired . When you move in you discover all of the above and then can't understand why you're dissatisfied. They're also a bunch of thieves and bullies. They're advertising these discussing apartments with fake granite for 1050 when everyone else is paying 200 less and they have no timely maintenance. Also beware the aggressive pit bulls that are predominant. When I complained a tenant was urinating on a building during the day I was told I should face called the police. There is no property management Also floods and leaking roofs! Anyplace is better!"
