"We’ve only been living here for six months and already our vehicle has been broken into TWICE. The most recent time it involved our car window being shattered and interior parts being stolen. Management does not respond to phone calls, they do not respond to emails, it is an absolute hassle to get through to them. Building entryways are dirty, our personal gate code often doesn’t work, and valet trash (which we have to pay an extra fee for) often does not come by. The two stars is only for the maintenance staff, who have always been very friendly with very quick service. Apart from that, our experience here has been nothing short of a headache and we wish we had gone with one of the other apartment complexes in the area."
"I lived at this apartment complex for three years, and honestly, it very bad. My wife and I run our own businesses, so we know a thing or two about keeping things in top shape. Before we moved out, we made sure the apartment looked even better than when we first moved in. We painted the walls, fixed any small damages, and cleaned it thoroughly. Yet, after all that, we got a bill for $1,639.74, which was a shock. When I first moved in, I asked if I could park my work van on the property, and they said yes. But three years later, they suddenly changed their mind and put a sticker on my van saying I couldn't park it there anymore, even though there were lots of other vans around. Another big problem was the smell of marijuana. It was everywhere in the evenings, making it pretty uncomfortable to just take a walk. Plus, there were often homeless people sleeping on the outdoor furniture and teenagers smoking in the barbecue area's bathrooms. Also, there is dog poop all over the property, car wash never works, some teenagers gang invade one day the pool and beat up two others and I was there with my family, and dealing with the apartment manager was always a hassle; it felt like they were always ready to argue. Overall, my experience was far from good. The management seemed to focus on the wrong things and the place wasn't very family-friendly. The maintenance is always changing and they comment how bad management is and how aggressive she is."
"Josue the maintenance supervisor is amazing. I bought a new TV and was struggling to bring it in myself, he just so happened to be nearby and offered to help me bring it in. Josue for the win!"
"I visited there and the apartment was beautiful!!! High ceilings and very spacious rooms. The bedrooms have new carpet and the kitchen fixtures are new too! The grounds are well kept and clean. Just a beautiful place to live."
"DO NOT MOVE HERE. The management staff is a joke. Everyone stating they add invalid charges to your account are absolutely correct. They definitely make up charges and randomly add their to your account without any warning or letters. I can say I’ve always pay my rent on time and never had any issues aside from random charges appearing on my account that were always remove when questioned. Now that I’ve moved out I’m yet again dealing with charges for replacement of carpet. I have pictures proving no damages. Since 1/11/23 they have been ignoring my attempts at communication stating they need to get supporting documents from the carpet company. I have no idea what the carpet company has to do with anything but they have not been able to provide any documents or any reason for the charges. Both Jennifer (property manager) and Gabrielle (assistant manager) are both unprofessional and clearly are running shady business. Just so you have an idea, since my 2 years at this place, they have charged me for supposedly removing the electric out of my name $80. I’ve been charged for not giving enough notice $2,000 of move out. Both of which were removed when questioned. Now I’m dealing with the carpet charges. I’ll be sure that if I’m going to pay to anything it will be a lawyer for them illegally trying to charge me for wear and tear and holding my deposit for invalid charges.I’ve lived at many apartments in Tampa, and this is by far the worse one."
