The apartment itself is absolutely stunning with a modern kitchen design and an open concept living space. Common areas, as well as the grounds are in pristine condition, which also contributes to the luxury lifestyle these apartments offer. The leasing staff addresses any issues in a timely manner and are always communicating with residents. They also do an exceptional job hosting events throughout the month. Maintenance responds to all requests within a day or two and are also always doing projects around the complex to enhance the amenities offered. Lastly, The Avli is conveniently located, making it an ideal place to live."

"I was initially very excited to move in to Avli Apartments, took 2 solo tours and was very impressed. The walls were thin but the amenities and layout were very nice. However, when I applied I got denied because of credit card charge off from 5 YEARS AGO. They did not take into account my rental history for the past 5 years or my proof of income which is well above the 2.5x minimum requirement. I reached back out to the office and inquired on why a charge off from 5 years ago outweighed the more important factors of proof of income and rental history. To my surprise no answer and was only told that they would look into it. I have not received any email or call back from the office in regards of an update, lost out on my $75 application fee(which isnt a big deal), but getting denied for a credit card charge off when applying for an apartment is insane to me. I have sadly crossed these apartments off my list and have been left unsatisfied. The lack of communication, the thin walls its obvious why this place has a high turnover rate. They also force you to buy a smart home package even if you dont want/need it. Be careful when applying for this place as they use RentGrow for their approval process which is jus a credit check and they dont look into the more important factors of renting an apartment."

"Brand new but poorly constructed. Just makes you upset that rent is so expensive when they can't even lay the floor down the right way. Staff is very friendly and it is close to some fun things like Top Golf. Kick you out of the pool even if you aren't being loud. For someone who gets off work late and was looking forward to relaxing in the pool this was irritating. Gym is fairly nice! Parking is pretty good too, there were always enough spots."

"I just renewed my lease here and over the past year the community has been a nice place to live. The "Smart Home" technology was a little tough to learn (previous owners and mgmt fault) but it is up and running and features are convenient. Maintenance crew are decent men and respond faster than any apartment community I have ever lived, they'll wave or say hello which makes me feel valued. You can sometime hear neighbors thru the walls/floors BUT that is similar to every apartment I've ever lived in. (4th floor is the quietest.) Front gates get fixed quickly whenever a careless person damages them. Security doors to the building are ALWAYS functional and lock behind every person, making you feel safe. Parking outside the south building can be tight but the west side is always WIDE OPEN, you may have to walk 2-3 minutes. Inside corridors are meticulously maintained. I saw a few ugly reviews but mostly during previous mgmt, my advice is to visit the property and see for yourself. Overall, I love it here, you can't beat the location, worth a visit.
